Culture and influence
Starting UnframeWorks
To see the next age, we have to step outside the frame.
UnframeWorks begins from a simple suspicion: the categories we inherited for work, education, health, media, and culture are no longer holding.
AI is usually described through tools, markets, models, and productivity. Those things matter. But they do not fully describe what is happening. The deeper change is that the frame around human action is moving.
Work no longer means only a job. Learning no longer means only acquiring information. The body is no longer outside the digital system. Culture is no longer produced only by institutions with large teams and distribution machines.
UnframeWorks exists to study that shift in public.
This is an editorial project, not a generic AI news site. The pace here is different. We are interested in essays, field notes, interviews, reports, and experiments that help make the present more legible.
The question is not only what AI can do. The question is what humans become able to notice, build, practice, refuse, and reimagine once the old frame stops working.
That is the work.
